What I Can Offer You:
Many people have disabilities and because of it they can find it difficult to find work, but there's really no reason why this should be. This pointless discrimination is often down to unconscious and unfounded prejudices, and peoples lack of understanding about these disabilities. This is where I think I can make a difference, By giving talks and presentations I can inform, educate, and raise awareness to this significant problem we face.
Legal Requirement: Since (date) and the introduction of (legislation name) it has been a legal requirement for employers to provide access to work for people with learning disabilities etc (additional information still to come).
